01 / On-foot exploration

Follow the street.
See what’s inside.

Walk, sprint and jump through the world as your own character. In the hunting worlds, open doorways lead into the building you’re standing beside.

Step in. Look around. Stay ready.

Step onto an entry ring and your character walks through the doorway. The camera moves from the overhead street view into first person. Use the mouse to look, WASD to move and left-click to fire. Ctrl remains an attack key.

Watch for the building’s lurkers and weapon caches. Walk out through an open doorway to return to the outdoor camera. Menus and chat release the mouse so you can use the interface.

Read the minimap.

  • Gold door pins mark enterable buildings.
  • Red skulls point you toward monster camps.
  • Red dots mark nearby monsters; darker dots indicate monsters indoors.
  • Training-world level bands recommend a challenge rather than lock you out.

Three worlds to discover.

Five destinations, with different ways to play together. Bring your friends to HavocTown City and Palm City for street chaos, driving and exploration. Head to the three hunting worlds to fight monsters, earn XP and discover what lies beyond the towns.

Hunting worlds / Online PvE

Hunt. Level up. Discover more.

These three worlds are built for hunting and character progression: urban ruins, infected woodland and a frozen mountain deadzone. Explore on foot, find hunting areas and marked buildings, and take on the enemies that suit your equipment. Nine named hunting areas sit within these three worlds.

Level ranges are recommendations, not entry requirements. Images show the actual world environments in an in-engine preview; live enemies and players are not staged into these views.

Travel together

Choose your next world

Pick HavocTown City or Palm City for town life, or choose a hunting world for monsters, leveling and discovery.

  1. Connect to the same server as your friends and get fully out of your vehicle.
  2. Press V or open WORLD. Select a destination and choose WARP or press Enter.
  3. Meet at the same hunting area. Use WORLD again when you want to return to the city or change destination.

You must be alive and free of another travel action. Finish or leave an active event first; a friend’s travel selection does not move your character automatically.

Choose your challenge

Train where your build works

Apocalypse City introduces slow packs, faster pursuers and armoured brutes. Woodland Outbreak raises enemy health and adds tougher hunters. Alpine Deadzone is the highest recommended band, with heavily armoured targets and longer fights.

Try a manageable camp before moving to the strongest enemy. Review your weapon’s range, attack rate and remaining uses, then check armour and allocated stats. A level number alone does not describe your whole build.

Worlds, travel and hunting

How many worlds are there in HavocTown?

There are five WORLD destinations: HavocTown City and Palm City are the two towns for multiplayer street chaos. Apocalypse City, Woodland Outbreak and Alpine Deadzone are the three worlds for hunting, leveling and discovery. Their nine named hunting areas are places inside those worlds, not nine additional worlds.

Can I explore hunting worlds with friends?

Yes. These are shared online hunting worlds. Connect to the same game server, choose the same destination in WORLD and meet at a named hunting area. You can also train alone. The credited killer receives the eligible training XP; do not assume an equal party-wide XP split.

Do I need the recommended level to enter?

No. Apocalypse City recommends levels 1–20, Woodland Outbreak 15–45 and Alpine Deadzone 35–75. These ranges describe the intended challenge, not access restrictions. Start with an encounter you can handle and move up when your equipment and combat skills are ready.

Do hunting worlds follow the global event timer?

Training travel uses the WORLD panel and does not wait for a global event start. Enemies have their own respawn delays. The EVENTS timetable and mission resets are separate systems; finish or leave an active event before travelling to a hunting world.

Why did a kill give less XP than the guide lists?

The listed total includes the training reward plus the five-XP baseline for an eligible credited kill. You must be in that world, within the enemy’s combat area and outside the brief arrival-protection period. Indoor enemies require you to be at their building. Shooting from a protected arrival position or outside the encounter area does not earn the full training reward.

Can I return to a town or change hunting worlds?

Open WORLD with V and select HavocTown City, Palm City or one of the three hunting worlds. You must be alive, fully out of a vehicle and not already loading another trip. Finish or leave an active event first. Each player chooses their own destination, so agree where to meet before travelling.

04 / Crew missions

Choose the job.
See it through.

Five missions take you from a city staging point to a final escape. Play solo or bring a crew; each mission recommends one to four players.

From the board to the getaway.

Open MISSIONS and choose a ready job. Travel to the staging location yourself, then work through six stages. Rob a truck, break into a bank or casino, take an office tower, or hunt targets across the city.

A reset clears the board cooldown. A mission you have not played can already be ready, so check the in-game board before waiting for a timer.

Mission briefings & resets →

More backup. More resistance.

Click another player for Trade, Party and Guild options. A party brings friends together for a job; a guild gives your crew a shared name and roster for the current server session.

Missions scale enemy numbers, health and damage with the crew. Sort your weapons, ammo and armour before heading to the staging point.
