The objective

How to play Nightmare Asylum.

Nightmare Asylum is a co-op horror event about finding a way out under pressure. Darkness, limited flashlight power and roaming stalkers change how your crew moves. Search the rooms for what you need, keep track of captured friends and use the light carefully. A rushed escape can leave someone behind.

01

Search the rooms

Look for fuses and batteries. Listen and watch as you move; your flashlight is a useful tool with a limited charge.

02

Restore power

Bring the fuses to their installation points and work the generator crank. Teamwork can help, but the noise attracts attention.

03

Open the escape

Rescue captured teammates when possible and move to the gate once the escape becomes available. Try to get the whole team out.

Before the next run

Give your crew a better start.

Clear roles, a ready loadout and knowing the objective help more than rushing in.

01

Tell the crew where you found a fuse instead of searching the same room twice.

02

Save batteries for the moments when you need the light most.

03

A rescue is part of the objective, not just a detour: team escape can improve the reward.
