Respect other players
HavocTown includes fictional conflict, but the community is made up of real people. Do not threaten, stalk, bully, sexually harass, discriminate against or encourage violence against anyone. Do not share another person’s private information or intimate material without permission. Exploitation or sexualisation of children is prohibited.
Play fairly
Do not use cheats, unauthorised bots, automation, modified clients or exploits to gain an unfair advantage, duplicate items, manipulate rewards or disrupt events. Do not attack the service, distribute malware, steal accounts, interfere with other players’ connections or deliberately evade a valid restriction.
If you find a bug or vulnerability, report it privately to [email protected]. Give enough detail for us to investigate without exposing other players’ information. Do not continue exploiting it, test on accounts you do not control, or publish a working attack against the live service.
Keep accounts safe
Do not trade accounts, impersonate staff, solicit passwords or payment details, run scams, or sell game currency outside authorised features. Avomu support will not need your password to handle a report. Only use official links and private support channels for sensitive account matters.
Names, messages & uploads
Choose names and share material that respect other people’s rights. Do not post unlawful content, hateful slurs, explicit sexual material, stolen personal data, spam, malicious links or material you have no right to share. Do not impersonate another person or suggest that your unofficial group is operated by Avomu.
Public channels are visible to other members. Share only what belongs in that audience. Discord’s own terms and community standards also apply when you use Discord.
Report a problem
Use official Discord support or email [email protected]. Include the relevant player name, approximate time, what happened and any evidence you can lawfully share. Avoid posting accusations or personal information publicly. Urgent threats to someone’s safety should also be reported to the appropriate emergency service.
Reports made in good faith will not be punished merely because they cannot be proven. Deliberately fabricated evidence, malicious reports and retaliation against reporters are prohibited.
Moderation & appeals
Depending on the evidence and severity, Avomu may warn, remove content, reverse an exploit-derived advantage, restrict features, suspend access or close an account. We may act quickly to prevent harm, but restrictions must have a reason and be proportionate. We may preserve necessary evidence and make legally required reports.
You can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the notice or restriction details. A reviewer should consider mistakes, context and shared-device or shared-network issues. Privacy and security can limit the information we share about a case. The terms of service explain how restrictions interact with your contract and paid entitlements.
