How it works

Three steps to Gold Points

No subscription and no extra apps. Your GP is waiting in the game when you are.

  1. Pick a pack

Every pack shows the GP you get and the price, bonuses included, before you pay.

  2. Pay with Stripe or PayPal

You pay on their secure page. It’s a one-time payment, never a subscription.

  3. Your GP lands in the game

Seconds later it’s on your game account. Open the Premium Store in the game to spend it.

Questions and answers

Where does my GP go?

Straight to your game account. All characters on that account share it, so you can spend it on any of them in the Premium Store in the game.

How fast does it arrive?

Usually within seconds of your payment being confirmed. Sometimes Stripe or PayPal takes a few minutes to confirm a payment. We email you an order confirmation once your GP is delivered.

I’m playing right now. Do I need to log out?

No. Your new GP shows after the game’s next save, or when you log in again.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and we never charge you again.

Can I get a refund or withdraw?

When you press Pay at checkout, you ask us to deliver your Gold Points right away and accept that your right of withdrawal ends once they’re delivered. Until your GP is delivered, you can withdraw with our online withdrawal form.

If your GP doesn’t arrive or something else is wrong, contact support. All the details are in the Purchase & refund terms.

Can I buy GP for someone else?

No. GP always goes to the game account linked to your own HavocTown account. A friend who wants GP buys it on their own account.

Something went wrong. What now?

Email info@avomu.com with your order number. You find it in your order confirmation email and in your account under Purchases.
