HavocTown vs
Deliver At All Costs.

KONAMI presents Deliver At All Costs as a 1959-set action game following courier Winston Green, with unusual deliveries and highly destructible environments. Its Steam listing identifies single-player play. HavocTown offers a different destination for an interest in city driving: an online RPG with crew objectives, combat and saved vehicles.

Inside HavocTown

What your next
session could look like.

Use these concrete activities to decide whether HavocTown belongs on your list.

01 / Gameplay

Drive somewhere with a job to do

In HavocTown, the destination gives a drive its purpose. Open the mission board, choose a ready job and travel to the staging point. Five missions cover objectives such as a truck robbery, a bank or casino job, an office tower and a city-wide target hunt. Each has six stages and supports solo play or a suggested crew of up to four.

You decide how to prepare before setting off. Choose a vehicle, sort out your weapon and armour, and meet your friends before the mission begins. These are combat and crew objectives, rather than a promise of a courier campaign. Read a mission briefing to see what the actual job asks you to do.

Turn the garage into a long-term goal

HavocTown’s cars are part of saved character progression. The dealership lists 23 vehicles, starting with the 2,000-cash Rust Bucket. Compare base prices and health, then decide whether the next payout should go toward another car or your existing setup. The website’s rotatable models let you inspect featured builds before you buy in game.

Paint, body parts and neon change the look, while performance upgrades are a separate choice. Saved setups travel with your owned car when you call it into the city. Some cosmetic options and vehicle weapons use GP, so check the in-game price and requirements instead of assuming every option uses the same currency.

Decide what you want after the drive

If you want the next stop to involve friends, HavocTown connects driving to a broader online character. Get out on foot, join a fight, take a crew mission or travel to a hunting world. XP builds your character, equipment changes your options, and scheduled events give the group a shared time to meet.

If your main interest is a story-led courier adventure or demolishing a highly destructible town, use that as a real distinction when choosing. HavocTown does not claim the same campaign, physics or destruction systems. Its focus is online progression and group activity, and the current Windows PC version is still in alpha development.
