Seller & purchase terms
The seller is Avomu, Netherlands. See our business and contact details. These terms apply to website purchases together with the order information and terms of service. Contact [email protected] for payment help or a refund request.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to use the selected payment method. Founder Packs are paid purchases supporting development, not tax-deductible charitable donations. Founder Packs and character privacy are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.
What you are buying
A Founder Pack grants the GP amount shown for the selected pack, including the bonus shown before payment. GP is a virtual entitlement associated with your account. It is not a financial investment, deposit or transferable cash balance, and is not exchanged for money except through a refund or other applicable legal remedy.
The current website credits paid GP to your website balance. Your game characters’ GP is displayed separately. A website credit does not by itself prove that GP has been delivered to a game character. Availability and any required game-side redemption or transfer must be explained before paid checkout is enabled. Do not buy on the assumption that an unannounced transfer feature or future item is already available.
Bonuses are calculated using eligible paid purchase history and, where applicable, verified character progress. The amount agreed for an order is recorded when checkout starts; later tier changes do not alter that completed order. GP earned solely through gameplay is distinct from GP bought with money.
Character privacy: €15 for 30 days
This optional account feature costs €15 in total for one character for 30 consecutive days. Choose a character belonging to your verified account before paying. It hides that character’s individual website profile; visitors see “This player has chosen to hide their character.” Your character remains visible in rankings and guild listings, including the information and portraits shown there. It does not hide your character inside the game or remove copies previously saved by other people or search engines.
The period starts when payment is verified. If the character already has paid privacy time, a new purchase adds 30 days after the latest paid period. Start and expiry times appear in UTC in your account. There is no automatic renewal. The profile becomes public again when no paid period is active. If ownership cannot be verified after payment, the order is held for support review; contact us for delivery or an appropriate remedy.
This purchase grants no GP or Founder Pack loyalty credit. The beta GP credit promise below applies to GP, not to this separate time-limited feature. A full refund or reversed payment ends the corresponding privacy entitlement. Separately purchased periods retain their recorded start and end dates; contact support if an adjustment is needed. Withdrawal and other mandatory consumer rights below remain available. Starting the privacy period or accepting these terms does not waive them.
This feature is a gameplay preference, not a fee for exercising data protection rights. You can make a privacy request without buying it.
Beta GP at grand opening
At grand opening, the GP from every completed beta purchase will be credited once again to the same account. This includes the purchased GP, all loyalty or promotional GP delivered with that purchase, and GP already spent during beta. This is a restoration of GP, not an automatic refund of money. Purchases already refunded in money, reversed or charged back do not receive a second GP credit. Your statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unchanged.
The credit is automatic at grand opening and requires no second purchase. Keep access to the account used for beta purchases and retain your order confirmations. If a credit is missing, contact support with the relevant order references. This promise does not announce a launch date. It does not replace a right to a money refund if the service is not supplied as required by law or the contract.
Price, payment & delivery
Prices are shown in euros with the selected GP amount and bonus, or the feature and duration. The amount you must pay, including applicable taxes or mandatory charges, must be disclosed before the final payment action. Your payment provider may separately offer currency conversion under its terms.
Review the product, any selected character and the price before proceeding to the provider. A pending or cancelled checkout is not a completed purchase. The purchase is confirmed when payment is accepted and the order confirmation is issued. If payment succeeds but delivery is delayed, keep the provider reference and contact us; do not repeatedly pay for the same order.
Stripe or PayPal processes payment when offered. We record the confirmed payment and the GP credit or feature period. The order confirmation must identify what you bought, the amount, the terms and withdrawal information in a form you can keep. Purchase history remains available in your account, subject to access and retention rules.
Withdrawal & refunds
Where EU/EEA withdrawal rules apply, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the purchase contract to withdraw without giving a reason. A longer period may apply if required information was not supplied. For purchased virtual currency that remains unused, we do not claim that merely crediting it to your account removes the withdrawal right.
Accepting the general terms, activating character privacy or receiving a beta GP credit is not an express waiver of withdrawal. If a particular supply of digital content could lawfully lose that right on immediate performance, it requires the separate express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation required by law. Our current checkouts do not collect such a waiver. Use of currency must not be treated as a blanket loss of all rights over an order.
The online withdrawal function is not yet available; new checkout remains paused. Existing purchasers can send an unequivocal withdrawal notice to [email protected]. This email option does not replace a mandatory online withdrawal function when that requirement applies.
Send your notice before the applicable deadline, identifying the order and your decision to withdraw. The model notice below is optional. Do not send payment passwords or card security codes. For a valid statutory withdrawal we reimburse the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after notice, normally by the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Withdrawal is separate from remedies for faulty, missing or misdescribed digital content. Mandatory repair, supply, price-reduction or termination/refund rights continue where applicable. We will not force a GP-only refund where the law requires reimbursement of money.

The model includes the statutory consumer-name/address fields; website registration itself does not collect these. Provide enough information for us to identify the purchase and process the request securely.
Missing GP & other problems
Contact [email protected] if you were charged twice, received the wrong amount, cannot use an advertised paid benefit, or see a payment you did not authorise. Include the account email, order reference and a brief explanation. A provider’s dispute process remains available; you do not waive legal remedies by contacting us.
If an order is refunded or reversed, the corresponding paid and promotional GP may be adjusted to reflect the reversal. We will investigate disputed calculations and will not silently treat a good-faith dispute as fraud. Refunds of used and unused portions, where relevant, are assessed under applicable law rather than an automatic “no refunds” rule.
Account restrictions & closure
A voluntary account closure, suspension, shutdown or beta reset does not automatically extinguish paid entitlements or statutory remedies. Any lawful restriction or adjustment follows the terms of service and is open to review. If the service closes or a promised benefit cannot be delivered, we will explain the applicable remedies; an indefinite promise of future GP is not a substitute for a legally required refund.
